Given the current health crisis due to COVID-19, we, at Jaguar Reporting, would like to convey to all that our concerns are focused with maintaining the health and well-being of our clients, employees and their families.

We are eager to partner with you to get through this difficult time and continue to deliver the high level of customer service for all your deposition needs. That is the Jaguar difference.

Our reporters have been working diligently to stay on track with the evolving technology to conduct depositions remotely. Our technology has been tested and we have the capability to handle all of your deposition needs from any remote location so that you can be in the comfort of your home or office.

Once we receive your request for a remote deposition, Jaguar’s team will contact you to set up a test call beforehand to make sure that your deposition will run smoothly and accurately. All participants will need is: a webcam computer, a webcam laptop, an IPad or mobile device. Your request for a deposition should include the date, start time, approximate end time, type of case, number of participants and email addresses for all participants. We are currently using Zoom. WebEx and Skype, whichever you prefer.

Once scheduled, we will forward an email to the participants with the link to your meeting and meeting ID number and password. This service provides a clear, precise video and audio feed.
